The room has a lake view, large wardrobe and double bed with access to the private garden. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. In front of the living room under the covered porch there is a table for 4 people, two deck chairs and an outdoor seating area. From this garden you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Borromean islands. Going up with a lift to the roof terrace, there is a beautiful swimming pool (SEASONAL OPENING) with a wonderful view of the gulf and the islands where you can alternatively place the two deck chairs that are in the garden. On the zero floor there is the reserved covered parking space inside the condominium garage. In front of the entrance of the residence in a few steps you reach a small beach from where you can access the lake and approach with a small boat. The complex is 3 minutes by road from the center of Baveno and 2 minutes from Stresa in a perfect position with an incredible panorama.
