Amadeus apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the brand new Le Isole residential complex in Baveno. The entrance leads to the living room with lake views and direct access to the covered porch and garden. The living room is modernly furnished with a sofa that converts into a double bed, satellite TV, dining table for four people, and a modern open-plan kitchen with all appliances. The bedroom has a lake view, a large wardrobe and a double bed with access to the private garden. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. In front of the living room, under the covered porch, there is a table for four people, two deckchairs and outdoor seating. From this garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Borromean Islands. Taking the lift up to the roof terrace, you will find a beautiful swimming pool (SEASONAL OPENING) with a wonderful view of the gulf and the islands, where you can enjoy a marvellous panorama. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers available to all residents. On the ground floor, there is a reserved covered parking space in the communal garage. In front of the entrance to the residence, a few steps away, there is a small beach from where you can access the lake and approach it with a small boat. The complex is a 3-minute drive from the centre of Baveno and 2 minutes from Stresa, in a perfect location with an incredible view.
