On the first floor without a lift of a building on the hill above Baveno is the Rosa dei Venti apartment. Completely restructured, it has a bright living room with a large window overlooking the lake with a modern open kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, satellite TV and a sofa that becomes a double bed. The living room leads to the terrace with awning furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large wardrobe and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. In the basement, a large cellar for bicycles or other accessories is available to guests. A reserved parking space is available in the enclosed courtyard of the property and a number of public parking spaces are available in front of the property. In 5 minutes by car and in about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the lakefront of Baveno with restaurants, bars and shops and the pier for the islands. Small pets allowed with supplement.
