The apartment is new in furnishings and equipment. On the ground floor there is a common garden for the 3 apartments in the annex with deck chairs, shower. From the garden, going down a ladder, you go down to the lake for swimming. Near the entrance there is a well-equipped laundry room shared with the other apartments in the annex. A reserved parking space is available on the property. In 4 minutes by car you can reach Baveno and Stresa with all services. Wonderful location directly on the water.
