There is a pool, tennis courts (free of charge), large park, children’s playground, table tennis, enclosed parking. On the 4th floor with elevator, it has a small, but comfortable living room with sleeping couch for two people, a kitchen and double bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has a small balcony with sweeping views of the mountains and the lake. A small bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the apartment.
