Inside Villa Ada in Ghiffa is the St Maurice smile flat. Recently redecorated, it consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen. The double bedroom gives access to the garden at the back of the house with table and chairs and a view of the tennis courts of the complex. The other bedroom has a single and an armchair that converts to a single bed. The bathroom has an ante-bathroom with washbasin and a bath with shower. Exiting the living room is the covered porch with a dining table for 6 persons. In front of the porch is a garden reserved for guests with deck chairs and sun loungers. Reserved parking spaces for guests are available inside the residence. In the Villa Ada residential complex various facilities are accessible for guests: two tennis courts with synthetic grass, a large swimming pool with children's area and hydro-massage with sunbeds subject to availability, and a large garden where guests can stroll. Furthermore, below the complex it is a two-minute walk to the lake where Villa Ada's private beach is located.
