At guests' disposal two bedrooms with double bed, both with beautiful design bathroom with shower. The comforts available to guests are very high. Near the house there is a small garden equipped with deck chairs and umbrella which is shared with Ca' Luigia, the other apartment on the ground floor of the house. Ca' Vincenza and Luigia can be rented together by a larger group of guests. The parking lot of the village of Montorfano is only 50 meters away on foot. This ancient village is a fascinating and unprecedented place to spend a holiday in absolute tranquility in the midst of the greenery and nature of this ancient village, far from the noise of the crowded places on the edge of the lake, but with the possibility of reaching the beach and the lake of Mergozzo in just 10 minutes on foot, through an easy road that descends from the mountain.
