From the living room you can enjoy the view of the lake and from here you access the balcony equipped with table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and the elegant bathroom has a shower and hairdryer, in front of the bathroom there is an ante-bathroom which contains the washing machine and clothesline. There is a pay car park below the flat and a free public car park 200 metres away. La Rondine has a perfect location because it is in the centre of Mergozzo with all services, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and a minute's walk from the lake.
