Outside the flat there is a very nice small private garden with lake view, equipped with outdoor lounge, two deckchairs and barbecue. Behind the house is a reserved parking space. The locality Campino is a quiet, sunny and panoramic area, the centre of Baveno and Stresa can be reached in 10 minutes by car .
