From the large entrance you can access the living room with dining table, sofa that becomes bed and sat tv, accessed to the terrace facing the lake wich overlooks the center and the Borromean islands equipped with deck chairs, sun umbrella and table. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The bedrooms are three, one with a double bed and a balcony with lake view, one with two single beds that can be approached from where there is an access to the main terrace and one with twin beds. Bathrooms are two, one with shower and one with bathtube. Under the building there is a reserved parking space in the garage. In a two minute walking you can reach the railway station and in 5/8 minutes you reach the center of the city with all its locals and attractions. For pets an additional cost is required, Euro 20 per week.
