Gelsomino 1 is an apartment located on the ground floor of Villa Gelsomino, located directly on the lake. The villa is located a few minutes driving from the center of Verbania directly on a beach. Inside the large shared garden there is a large private parking for guests, a shared barbecue area and some large tables with chairs where you can eat and relax. Going down a few steps from the garden you can reach a terrace situated a few steps from the beach, equipped with sun loungers, parasol and deck chairs. From the terrace you can arrive on the beach where you can practice sports and rent also a sail boat (for a fee). The apartment has a large covered porch with table and chairs, a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, dining table and chairs, sitting area with satellite TV. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. The beautiful bathroom has a shower. Bicycles available for guests. For pets of small size an additional cost is required, Euro 20 per week.
