Modern in its furnishings and very welcoming, it has a living area with a queen-size sofa bed (140 cm), TV, dining table for four people and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. The living room opens onto a beautiful sunny terrace with a view of the city, surrounded by plants and equipped with a dining table and a small outdoor sitting area: a real rarity in the heart of the city. The apartment is completed by a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom opens onto a long balcony with a view of the cathedral, equipped with two sun loungers. The squares below the building have plenty of parking spaces, both paid and free. The convenience of being in the centre with supermarkets, restaurants and the lakefront a two-minute walk away makes the flat even more attractive.
