At the forth floor of a building in the historical centre of Verbania Pallanza (with lift) there is the apartment Giuse. The furnishings are all brand new, the large and bright living room overlooking the lake has a lounge with satellite Tv, dining table for 4 people and a modern kitchen with all appliances. From there you reach a long balcony with lake view with table and chairs. The two bedrooms have twin beds that you can approach and a wardrobe: from one of these you go out on the balcony overlooking the lake and from the other you exit on a balcony overlooking the city. The bathroom has a shower. From the apartment in 100 metres you can reach the longlake of Pallanza with all its attraction and port to take boats to visit the Borromean islands which are just opposite. Beaches, pools and playgrounds are in 3-5 minutes walking. The parking place is a pass that permits clients to park in some places with blue lines in the city of Verbania. For pets an additional cost is required per week.

On the first floor of the LA SCOGLIERA residence, in a wonderful panoramic and sunny location, looking directly out over the lake in Verbania Pallanza, is the ANITA flat. The living room is elegantly furnished with some period pieces and features a sitting area, satellite TV, a dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a whirlpool bath. Climbing the stairs leads to the second floor, where there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus a bathroom with a shower. From this floor, a private staircase leads to the jewel in the apartment’s crown: a private terrace of approximately 25 square metres, equipped with parasols, sun loungers, chairs and a dining table, from where you can enjoy a stunning 180-degree view of the lake. In the basement of the residence, there is a reserved covered parking space. From there, a lift is available to take you up to the flat. Below the residence, a staircase leads down to the private beach, which is equipped with a changing room. Situated on the Pallanza cycle path, the town centre is a 5-minute walk away, with shops, restaurants, the harbour (with ferry services to the Borromeo Islands), beaches, swimming pools and the tennis club. Only small and medium-sized pets are permitted; they are not allowed on the beach. It is strictly forbidden to light open fires inside the house or on the terrace. The rocky shore/beach has no lifeguard service or assistance for bathers.
