On the mezzanine floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa surrounded by a flower garden is the brand new Golf & Relax Romantik Suite flat. The flat has been completely renovated and newly furnished. The cosy romantic style of the furnishings is in perfect harmony with the villa itself. From the entrance and the parking area 6 steps lead to the entrance of the villa and the flat . As soon as you enter, you will find a small dressing room cloakroom to the right a beautiful bathroom with shower and from there you have access to the spacious living / sleeping area . The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and has an island with 3 places to eat . In the living room there is a beautiful bow window ( 3 windows placed in a panoramic way ) where there is a sofa , an armchair , a coffee table , a big Smart Tv and a wardrobe . For sleeping, the bridge bed, equipped with a 17-cm-high memory mattress (very comfortable, 200 cm x 160 cm), can be easily and lightly pulled out from behind the sofa. The armchair extends to an armchair bed with a flat area of 180 x 80 cm . From the living room you have access to the large terrace with a view of the lake and the gardens below where you can relax away from the noise. The terrace has a large parasol, dining table, small table and armchair for relaxing and a large gas barbecue. In front of the entrance and of the villa there is a very convenient reserved parking space. Golf & Relax Romantik Suite is the ideal place to relax in the green and enjoy the view away from the heat and confusion of the city and the lakefront, but it is in a strategic position: 3 minutes from the motorway exit of Carpugnino/Stresa, 10 minutes from the lakefront of Stresa, 1 minute from the Alpine Golf Club, 5 minutes from the Golf Club des Iles Borromeès, 3 minutes from the village of Gignese, with bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy and only 30 minutes from the summit of Mottarone (1. 500 metres) with the ski lifts open in winter and amusement parks/solarium in summer. Small pets are allowed for a fee.
