A short walk from the lake in a green and peaceful residential area, Villa Aurora is set in a large private garden that guarantees complete privacy. The villa has a 12 x 4 metre swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and air conditioning. Next to the pool is a covered area with a dining table and a beautiful stainless steel outdoor kitchen, professional barbecue, gas stove and large refrigerator. On the ground floor is the entrance, laundry room and a bathroom. On the main floor is the balcony with lake views, equipped with a table and chairs, the living room with TV, two dining tables and a modern open kitchen overlooking the living room. On this floor there are also three other bedrooms: one bedroom has a French bed and a bathroom with shower, the second has two single beds that can be pushed together, a bathroom with bathtub and access to the balcony overlooking the garden, and the third has two single beds that can be pushed together, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. All bedrooms have a television and en suite bathroom. Inside the property there is a small independent cottage which has a small kitchen with sitting area on the ground floor, a small bathroom with shower and, up the spiral staircase, a beautiful double bedroom with exposed wooden roof. There are several parking spaces available for guests in the villa. The beautiful Erno Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the lake is 150 metres away. Bars, restaurants and tennis courts are about a 5-minute walk away. Small pets are allowed at an additional cost.
