On the first hill of Oggebbio just a few minutes away from the beaches of Oggebbio and Cannero Riviera is villa Raggio di Sole. The villa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, thanks to its private swimming pool and large outdoor spaces. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the laundry room and the service bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor and the bright living area consisting of the living room, from which there is external access to the large balcony, the dining room and the eat-in kitchen with access to the outdoor garden. From the living room the large windows overlooking the terrace frame the wonderful view of the lake and the balcony is an ideal place to dine al fresco while enjoying the wonderful view and panorama. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, including the master bedroom, served by two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, and the large balcony. A beautiful, terraced garden with plants and flowers surrounds the villa on four sides, giving the house an atmosphere of privacy. There are 3 private parking spaces on the property and they are located inside the villa. Verbania with all amenities, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars is about 7 minutes drive away.
