The living room also leads to the large side terrace with panoramic view equipped with table, chairs, sunshade and barbecue. On this floor is the modern, well-equipped kitchen. Going up to the first floor there is a large sleeping area where the main double bedroom with lake view is located with a private terrace equipped with awning, chairs and small table. The sleeping area is completed with 2 further bedrooms, both with double bed On this floor there are also two bathrooms, one with shower and a very large one with double washbasin, bathtub and shower. On the minus one floor, garden level, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower, a living room with lake view furnished with a table for 4, a double sofa bed and a single armchair bed. There is also a small, well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you exit onto the sun terrace with a Jacuzzi for 4 people from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake . From here there is access to the garden with lake view equipped with sun loungers and parasol. Behind the house two/three parking spaces are available for guests. Villa Diana is equipped with every comfort with well-divided spaces, ideal for families who want to spend a holiday together. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the lakefront and the beaches of Oggebbio, in 10 minutes by car you can reach the town of Verbania or Cannobio. Small and medium size dogs are allowed for a fee.
