Villa Eduard is located in a famous resort not far from Pelosa beach and the picturesque village of Stintino. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with swimming pool and gazebo. The villa comes on different levels. Ground floor: large portico with sea view, equipped with table and built-in barbecue, living area, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower. 1st floor with access via external staircase: beautiful solarium with panorama and entrance to the bedroom with double bed and single bed and private bathroom (minimum height of the attic 90/100 cm approx). Basement floor with access to external staircase: 2 double rooms with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, the basement rooms have no windows but air vents. Reserved parking for 2 cars in front of the house. The accommodation offers the possibility to park the car and live the stay of the holiday with every comfort. Within the resort, available to guests, services of all kinds: medical guard and supermarket at 50 meters, pharmacy, shops, laundry, restaurants, bars, playgrounds, entertainment, baby parking, from June to September shuttle service to late at night for the beaches and the center of Stintino.
