On the second floor there is another double bedroom with lake view and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. In the semi-underground floor there is a small kitchen/rumpus room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. In front of the villa there is a large terrace equipped with an awning, a new built-in barbecue, a large dining table and a sitting room where you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the lake. The large garden is equipped in several places with deck chairs and umbrellas. Inside the property there are 3 parking spaces reserved for guests plus a single garage. Villa al Motto enjoys a magnificent location with an unsurpassed panorama in the middle of the greenery just 5 minutes walk from the lake (passing through a small road) and just 5 minutes by car from the center of Verbania.
