Giotto apartment has new tasteful furnishings and is in a building on the Verbania Intra lakefront on the second floor served by a lift. The entrance leads to the bright and modern living room with dining table, living room with TV, sofa that becomes a bed and the modern kitchen open to the well-equipped living room. From the living room you have access to the covered terrace with dining table from where you can enjoy the lake view. In the sleeping area there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, a bedroom with a double bed from which there is access to a balcony with table and chairs from which there is a view of a glimpse of the lake. The large bathroom has a bath and shower. The washing machine is in the kitchen. Underneath the building via a ramp with automatic gate there is access to the garage area where there is a single garage reserved for guests. From that level a lift takes you to the door of the flat on the second floor. Giotto is strategically located 1 minute from the Verbania boat station and being in the heart of the city has all the services (shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarket) within walking distance. The flat is not noisy because it is not on the front of the town's main street. Small pets are allowed for a fee.
