At guests' disposal a cot and a high chair. In front of the living room there is a covered porch with dining table and barbecue and an area equipped with sun loungers and awning. From this garden full of flowers and plants you can enjoy a magnificent lake view. In the garden there is also a small inflatable pool with a diameter of about 3 meters and a play area for children. Two parking spaces are available on the fenced property. In 3 minutes by car you can reach the center and the lakefront of Verbania Suna which can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

On the ground floor of a beautiful period villa surrounded by a flower-filled garden lies the charming Emy apartment. The spacious entrance hall has the same architectural grandeur as the rest of the villa. The living room overlooks the garden; it is tastefully furnished with some period pieces and features a dining table, a lounge area and a new large TV. The new kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area adjoining it. There are three bedrooms: a large double with a decorative fireplace, a second very large double with a sitting area in front of the decorative fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a new large shower. The third bedroom is a single room located near the second bathroom with a shower. Near the apartment’s private entrance, there are two covered parking spaces, a barbecue area with a dining table, and a large swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The outdoor area and swimming pool are shared with another apartment in the villa.
Emy’s location is strategically perfect, as it is just 100 metres from the main supermarkets and a 7-minute walk from the Pallanza lakefront, with its shops, restaurants, bars and the ferry terminal for the Borromean Islands. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee.
